    ICAN Switzerland ist Mitglied der Internationalen Kampagne zur Abschaffung von Atomwaffen (ICAN), eine globale Koalition mit Sitz in Genf, die sich für die Ächtung und Abschaffung von Atomwaffen einsetzt.

    ICAN erhielt den Friedensnobelpreis 2017 für ihre Arbeit für einen internationalen Vertrag, der Atomwaffen vollumfänglich verbietet.

    The vast majority of countries support the UN Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons, which will enter into force on 22 January. See the 2020 edition of the @BanMonitor: http://www.banmonitor.org #nuclearban
