Eine globale Bewegung
Le site web ICAN Switzerland est géré par la Campagne internationale pour l’abolition des armes nucléaires (ICAN). ICAN est une coalition mondiale d’ONG basée à Genève qui s’engage pour l’interdiction et l’abolition des armes nucléaires. ICAN a reçu le prix Nobel de la paix 2017 pour son travail en faveur d’un traité international interdisant totalement les armes nucléaires. Ce traité est entré en vigueur en 2021.

HISTORY MADE TODAY! The global majority has joined the #NuclearBan Treaty!

Today Kyrgyzstan🇰🇬 signed and Ghana🇬🇭 ratified the UN Treaty banning nuclear weapons, bringing us to bringing the total to 99 out of 197 eligible states.🎉

Le Conseil fédéral @BR_Sprecher répond à une interpellation de @beatflach. Il y admet que l’adhésion au TIAN n’affecterait en rien la coopération actuelle ou future avec l’OTAN ou d’autres partenaires en matière de politique de sécurité.
